Unadjusted turnover by volume - datatype (UVO)

The number of shares traded, expressed in thousands.

UVO typically represents the number of shares traded ‘on exchange’ (also known as Orderbook) during market open. However, exceptions do exist, for example the London SE equity volumes include ‘off exchange’ volumes.

UVO is unadjusted for corporate actions, for adjusted volume see VO.
