Shares Listed – datatype (NOSHLS)

The number of shares registered on a stock exchange.

NOSHLS is expressed in thousands.

For the primary Datastream share type see NOSH, if the share definition for NOSH is Listed Shares then NOSHLS will not be populated. NOSH is the measure used to calculate market value.
